A. Yes - Delivery is guaranteed. If your order does not arrive by 21 days after shipment, your order will be resent at our cost or the amount charged for your order will be refunded (per request).

Q. What if my order does not arrive?
A. The risk of orders getting lost in the international mail system is very low (less than 1%). Meds-Order offers you a delivery guarantee - your order will be resent or we will reimburse you in full in the unlikely event that your shipment fails to reach you, provided the delivery details you supplied when ordering were correct. This applies if your order does not reach you within 21 days of being dispatched. If you have any questions about delivery which are not answered on our site, please dont hesitate to contact us.
