How can I get a refund?
All orders are guaranteed to arrive to you in satisfactory condition. If your order does not arrive within 27 days please contact us and a replacement order will be shipped to you at no charge. If the second shipment is not delivered on time, we may offer to send it with another mail service or your payment will be refunded to your card. If you find that the medications you ordered were not what you order then contact us immediately before the order is shipped out and a free replacement order will be shipped to you or you will be issued a full refund (including delivery costs).
How long should I wait for my refund?
The refund usually takes 5 to 45 business days. Please note, this period doesn't depend on our service, it only depends on YOUR Bank rules.
Do I have to pay any taxes?
No, you will not pay any taxes.
How will the package arrive? Will people be able to tell its contents?
All packages are shipped in plain packaging to protect your privacy. And we do not mention any costs on the package as well.
Can you ship to my country?
We ship to all over the world, where aviation mail can be delivered. But unfortunatelt we accept not all countries credit cards.
Delivery terms. When should I expect my order?
Usually it takes 1-2 business days for the order to be sent out (from the moment the order is placed). You should allow 14-21 business days for a shipping.
Where is the medication shipped from?
We ship from India (World Leader for Generics manufacturing), where we have an opportunity to collaborate with the most known all over the world Generic producers, such as Ranbaxy, Cipla, Ajanta Pharma. Our generic medications are manufactured on government certified facilities and meet or exceed the highest US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and World Health Organization (WHO) standards.
Do you have the next day delivery?
No, we do not have the next day delivery. Because all the products are sent from overseas and it takes some time for the customs in both countries - manufacturer's country and customer's country.
What is the soonest delivery?
The soonest delivery takes 7-10 business days (from the moment the product is shipped out).
Do I have to sign for the package when it is delivered?
Yes, you have to sign for the package. We have to be sure that the parcel was handed over you and was delivered to the right addressee.
Do you allow P.O. box as address field?
Yes, we do allow, but it is better for the customer to provide their home address for the package to be signed personally.
We may always request for a proof of delivery from the official USPS website.
How do I sign in?

Why do people prefer Generic Drugs?
FDA-approved generic drugs are bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent to their brand-name counterparts. People can use them with total confidence. Generics are usually priced up to 70 percent less than equivalent brand-name versions, because brand-name drugs invest large amounts of money to advertise and persuade you to buy their product, because generic manufacturers spend less on advertising and product development and because generic versions of the same medication create competition and competition can drive prices down (Source: US Food and Drug Administration).

How long should I wait for my order to be approved by your doctor?
It usually takes 1-2 business days for the doctor to approve your prescription. Please make sure you fill the reasons of ordering medication correctly, otherwise our doctor will not approve your order.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled. If you cancel your order before shipment your payment will be refunded.
I've missed to put additional information to my order details
If you miss some important information about your order, please contact Meds-Order support service. You may write a message to our online support or call us at working hours.
Can I order a medication without any approval?
No. Our doctor has to see the reasons of ordering the product.
I want to cancel my order and buy another product
Before placing an order, please make sure you choose correct product with the correct quantity, no changes can be done after you put your credit card details and the payment is accepted. In such cases, we may only refund your money and you will be automaticaly added to our black-list which will not let you to order from Meds-Order in the future.
I didn't receive my order, what should I do?
This kind of problem is relevant only if the package stocks at the custom house of you country. In this extra situation it is advised to contact Meds-Order support asap by our contact phone (9 am - 5 pm ET) or via message to Meds-Order online support service. We always care about our consumer?`s privacy and would reship the order immediately within next 2 business days with no additional payment. If you finaly receive both shipments, please note, that you will not be charged for the second one.
What types of payments do you accept?
Currently we accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, DINERS credit cards, E-Check and WIRE Bank Transfers.
How much does your doctor's approval cost?
We do not charge our customers for a doctor's approval. It's FREE.
Do I get a confirmation that my order was accepted?
Sure, you will receive a confirmation to your email within next few minutes. If you don't receive any messages from TrustPharm, you may contact support service. Sometimes it happens that your anti-spam mail system doesn't let our messages to go through and a confirmation could be simply lost. But if you contact TrustPharm support service, we will confirm all the information as soon as our representatives are available. It will not take more than 12 hours.
