— My first order went like clockwork and the tracking number was great so that I could track my order. I placed a second order and then had to cancel the order, which you are not supposed to do but they were very gracious and canceled my order for me the next day. However I still have not received my refund and it has not been 2-1/2 months and I am frantic because I don\'t have that much money to lose. I know it will work out (I hope) and I would not hesitate to order from them again but I want to wait until my refund goes through first. — Ok guy\'s, these people are running a business and they are busy. I didn\'t hear anything from them for 5 days, no updates on items shipped or anything. 6-7th day there was updates that it had been shipped, and I received the order 2.5 weeks after that- international shipping takes a while. I ordered their domestic US products, and I had them in about a weeks time. Communication through email is not that good, but they do get your orders out, it may take awhile, but you will get your product!
