— My first order went like clockwork and the tracking number was great so that I could track my order. I placed a second order and then had to cancel the order, which you are not supposed to do but they were very gracious and canceled my order for me the next day. However I still have not received my refund and it has not been 2-1/2 months and I am frantic because I don\'t have that much money to lose. I know it will work out (I hope) and I would not hesitate to order from them again but I want to wait until my refund goes through first. The only issue i had was not being able to reach you by phone to speak with a live person to get my tracking number...none of the phone numbers worked.
