— Well it\'s been almost a year since I placed an order with you and then the next day canceled it and asked and was promised a \"prompt refund\". I have tried various times to get your company to give me my \"prompt refund\" or even send me my initial order for which I paid for and your company wasted no time deducting from my account.
I see now how your company works. You steal money from clients ordering goods from you and then have no further contact with them until they just get tired of trying and give up. What a fine upstanding company you are. Also, of course, there is no legitimate phone number that is answered for those calling for help in these matters, e-mail communication only for which several days go by before any kind of response and sometimes requiring another e-mail to get any kind of communication.
I hope you all enjoy my $398.00 dollars that I sent you last April. If you all can live with stealing from those who have no extra money to spend, just because the computer has logged in \"processed\", knowing all of the time that a refund was absolutely not \"processed\", then I guess I can live with it too.
This kind of business will of course catch up with you before long and you will be unable to carry on in a legitimate manner.
All of the e-mails stating that your company was \"not a fraud\" were absolutely false just as the \"prompt refund\" statement on your website was a lie. Printing lies and not standing behind your statements will not last forever.
Your company is an absolute \"FRAUD\" and you print \"LIES\" on your website and do not stand behind anything that you print. I am completely disgusted with your lack of concern for a legitimate client trying to make a business transaction with your company and get the refund due me or my order for which I \"promptly paid\".
I will continue to post on your website, for which I am sure you will edit because no one can know the real truth about your company, and report you to the Better Business Bureau.
