— this company took everthing my dying grandfather had in his account/never shipped the order /then never sent the promised refund. they steal from sick and dying people. they do not have any good customer service. we have never been treated so badly by any other business like this do not order from them until the conduct honest business

— first order never showed,refund is going about as well as the order. you would think that a company that brags about service and quiality would do everything in thier power to make up for the damage they have done to this family.refund the money or make sure the ORDERS GOT TO THEM. BUT THE ORDERS NEVER SHIPPED OUT. OUR PARENTS SPENT A LOT OF MONEY FOR MEDS BECAUSE THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED BY ENDLESSMEDS.COM BUT WE HAVE YET TO GET ANY SERVICE. AND THE REFUND TO OUR SICK PARENTS WHO NOW HAS NO MONEY IN THIER CHECKING ACCOUNT TO BUY ELSE WHERE.DO SOMETHING!!!! SHIP THE DAMN MEDS OR REFUND WHAT IS NOT YOURS TO KEEP.
