— my grandmother placed an order on 8/11/11 not only did they not ship any meds they refuse to give back the promised refund/they blocked the account and refuse to reply.they took every penny in the account.they are making a dying man suffer terrible pain from his illness. if they could do this so easy what will they do to you Heather Benfield
— Although occasionally orders go wrong the excellent customer order team do their best to correct mistakes and ensure 100% satisfaction. Their range is great. When there was a mistake with one of my orders they compensated me in full - then added some bonus meds. Sometimes the orders take a while but be patient and you will get a result.
